• All applications made through the platform are subject to the BapuTalk Coin System described below.

• The platform facilitates direct communication (WhatsApp or email) with recruiters for verified listings — which is why spam prevention and authenticity checks are enforced.

5. The BapuTalk Coin System (BTC)

To ensure genuine and fair participation, BapuTalk.com operates a proprietary credit system called BapuTalk Coin (BTC) — a non-crypto, internal-use-only utility token.

5.1 Purpose

• BapuTalk Coins are used only for applying to job listings.

• This system helps maintain trust, transparency, and seriousness among applicants.

5.2 How It Works

• Each time a user clicks “Apply Now”, the required number of BapuTalk Coins is automatically deducted from their wallet.

• These coins are burned permanently — meaning they are non-refundable and non-recoverable.

• The act of applying represents a commitment and verification of intent by the candidate.

5.3 No Refund Policy

• Once coins are used to apply, they cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged under any circumstances — including recruiter inaction or job closure.

• The “Apply Now” button clearly indicates the action as a coin-burn and non-refundable process.

5.4 Non-Transferable

• BapuTalk Coins cannot be transferred, traded, or withdrawn.

6. Recruiter Obligations

• Recruiters must post genuine, verified, and lawful job listings.

• Misleading, spam, or fake listings will lead to immediate suspension.

• Recruiters must handle applicant information confidentially and comply with applicable privacy laws.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

• Post false or misleading job listings or credentials.

• Use automation, bots, or scraping tools.

• Harass, spam, or exploit any user or staff member.

• Attempt to breach, disable, or exploit site security systems.

• Circumvent the coin-burn process or manipulate wallet balances.

8. Paid Services

BapuTalk may offer optional paid services (like job promotions or ads).
All payments are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing.
Currently, BapuTalk does not offer profile boosts or premium ranking features — all users are treated equally in visibility and access.
