PUBLIC PROFILE TERMS & DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This agreement governs the creation, publication, visibility, and usage of professional profiles on BapuTalk.com, part of BapuTalk Media Platforms, owned and operated by Dr. Rajnish Saharan (India). By registering on the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
1. Purpose of the Platform
BapuTalk.com is a public healthcare professional directory designed to help medical, dental, paramedical, and related healthcare professionals be discoverable for:

Professional visibility

Consultations initiated via WhatsApp or email

Hiring and recruitment opportunities
-
Networking and community engagement
This platform is a public-facing listing system, not a clinical service, hiring agency, or telemedicine practice.
2. Automatic Profile Creation
Upon registration, a public practitioner profile is automatically generated using the information provided by you. This may include:

Name
-
Professional degree & specialization
-
City/State
-
Registration number (if applicable)
-
WhatsApp contact (if provided)
-
Email address
-
Experience details
-
Profile image (or auto-generated avatar)
You may edit, update, or complete your profile at any time through your account dashboard.
3. Public Visibility and Search Indexing
By agreeing to these terms, you understand and accept that:

Your profile is publicly visible on BapuTalk.com.

Your profile may be indexed and appear in Google, Bing, social media search engines or healthcare directories.

Recruiters, patients, institutions, brands, or other professionals may contact you directly.
BapuTalk does not share or sell user information, but your profile is intentionally public by design.
4. Direct Communication Disclaimer
Communication between you and any person contacting you via:

WhatsApp

Email
-
Phone number
-
External link
is private, independent and outside the control of BapuTalk.
BapuTalk does NOT:

Monitor messages
-
Store communication
-
Provide mediation between parties
-
Guarantee responses, outcomes or appointments

Verify intentions of recruiters or patients
You are solely responsible for assessing and responding to communication received.
5. No Responsibility for Consultations or Employment
You understand and agree that:

BapuTalk is not a telemedicine service.

BapuTalk does not facilitate paid consultations, prescriptions, diagnosis or medical records.

BapuTalk is not responsible for hiring, interviews, salaries, contracts, or employment disputes.
All consultations, medical guidance, legal compliance, patient care decisions and employment negotiations occur outside the platform and at your own discretion.
6. Information Accuracy
You are fully responsible for:

The accuracy of information you provide.

Updating outdated or incorrect profile data.

Ensuring legal compliance with applicable medical councils, regulations or acts.
Providing false or misleading information may lead to account suspension, listing removal, or reporting to regulatory authorities if required by law.
7. Liability and Indemnity
By continuing to use the platform, you agree that:

BapuTalk, its founders, associates, and platform operators are not liable for financial loss, patient disputes, medical negligence claims, hiring conflicts, privacy breaches, or misuse of your public information by third parties.

You indemnify BapuTalk Media Platforms from any legal or civil claim arising from your professional activities or communication resulting from your public listing.
8. Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of your professional identity and content you upload.

BapuTalk retains the right to display, index and maintain the listing as part of its directory and community initiative.
9. Request for Removal
You may request your profile to be edited, corrected, restricted from indexing, or permanently removed by contacting:

10. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, continuing to use, or not requesting deletion of your public profile, you confirm:

✔ You accept the risks and responsibilities associated with public visibility
