Please read this policy carefully before making any payment or purchase of BapuTalk Coins.

BapuTalk.com is not a recruitment agency, does not guarantee job offers, and has no control over the response or actions of recruiters.

Purchasing BapuTalk Coins or unlocking a recruiter’s contact does not imply employment assurance or interview confirmation.
🔹 3. No Refunds or Returns
All transactions on BapuTalk.com are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
Once the user completes payment and gains access to recruiter contact details or applies for a job using coins, no refund or return shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Recruiter does not respond

Job listing is expired, filled, or withdrawn

Incorrect, outdated, or inactive recruiter contact details

Change of mind or accidental purchase

Technical issues after access has been granted
BapuTalk Coins, once used or “burned” for an Apply action, cannot be refunded, reused, or transferred.
🔹 4. No Crypto or Investment Nature

BapuTalk Coin is not cryptocurrency, digital money, or blockchain-based asset.

It is an internal service token used exclusively within BapuTalk.com for controlled recruiter detail access.

It holds no monetary, investment, or trading value outside the platform.
🔹 5. Limitation of Liability
BapuTalk.com and its founders, including Dr. Rajnish Saharan, shall not be held responsible for:

Non-response or misconduct from recruiters,

Employment rejection,

Any financial, emotional, or reputational loss resulting from job application outcomes, or

User misuse of recruiter contact information.
The user understands and agrees that BapuTalk.com only facilitates information access and is not legally liable for job placement or third-party communication.

By making a payment or using coins, the user confirms that they:
