Essential Educational Qualifications
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in one of the following disciplines along with a full-time postgraduate qualification:

Essential Experience
At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in NQAS implementation, public health quality programs, or health systems strengthening at the national or state level.

Certification in Quality Management or Patient Safety from a reputed institute.

Key Responsibilities
Assessment Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of national-level assessments — from application receipt to certification result declaration.
Quality Compliance: Ensure timely completion and monitoring of all certification activities across assigned states.
Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, policy briefs, and recommendations for the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW).
Data Analysis: Manage certification data, generate analytical dashboards, and contribute to national reviews on Quality of Care.
Capacity Building: Coordinate National External Assessor Training programs and mentor state-level quality teams.
Ministry Coordination: Support timely and accurate responses to MoHFW and Parliament Questions related to Quality & Patient Safety.
Research Support: Contribute to research publications, quality improvement frameworks, and evaluation studies.
