3. Educational Qualification (As on 01.08.2025)

Required Degrees:

MBBS / MD / MS, BDS / MDS, or BAMS / BHMS (Graduate or Postgraduate) from a recognized institution.


Minimum Marks: 60% in qualifying degree (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) 

Additional Requirements:

Recognized by relevant councils (Medical/Dental/AYUSH).

Valid registration with appropriate Medical or Dental Council. 


4. Application Fees

General / OBC / EWS: ₹850 (inclusive of GST)

SC / ST / PwBD: ₹100 (intimation charge only) 


5. Selection Process

1. Phase-I (Prelims): Objective test – 100 marks; sections include English, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude 


2. Phase-II (Main Exam): Objective (200 marks) + Descriptive (30 marks; essay + letter) 


3. Interview Round: Weightage of 75:25 (Main exam: Interview). Final merit based on consolidated scores. 



6. Age Limit (As on 01.08.2025)

Minimum: 21 years

Maximum: 30 years (Born between 02 Aug 1995 and 01 Aug 2004) 

Relaxation (as per category):

SC/ST: +5 years

OBC (Non-creamy layer): +3 years

PwBD: +10 years

Other categories as specified in official notification. 


7. Salary & Benefits

Basic Pay: ₹50,925 (Pay scale: ₹50,925-2,500*(14)–85,925-2,710*(4)–96,765)

Gross Salary: Approx. ₹90,000/month (in metropolitan centers)
