Doctor Meeting Facilitator (Paid Short-Term Project)

A Delhi-based healthcare start-up is seeking a Doctor Facilitator in Vadodara, Gujarat, for a short-term paid project running from 2nd to 20th June 2025. The role involves identifying pediatricians, general practitioners, or ENT specialists operating private clinics or working in nursing homes/hospitals and arranging 15-minute meetings with them. Your responsibility includes coordinating and scheduling meetings (minimum 5 per day), assisting with local travel if needed, and facilitating the in-person or remote product demonstration by the start-up team. Note: Merely providing leads or numbers does not fulfill this role—the job is about actual meeting facilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with eligible doctors in Vadodara
Call and schedule 10–15 minute meetings for the product presentation
Confirm dates, times, and ensure doctors understand the purpose
Assist with travel planning and attend meetings if needed
Ensure minimum 5 unique meetings per day
Eligibility:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must understand basic healthcare terms and doctor workflow
Must be available between 2nd to 20th June 2025
Prior field sales or healthcare coordination experience preferred
Preferred Doctor Profiles for Meetings:
Pediatricians, General Practitioners, or ENT Specialists
Practicing in private clinics, nursing homes, or hospitals
Government doctors and interns are excluded
Compensation: ₹5,000 per day (Based on completion of daily deliverables)
