PROJECT DETAILS

Title: Multi‑centric validation of AI‑based decision support system for early detection of lung metastases in cancers using CT imaging.

Funding Agency: Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).

Department: Medical Oncology, JIPMER.

Duration: 5 years (likely).

🔹 Responsibilities

1. Overall project coordination and implementation of workplan.

2. Lead team members and liaise with participating centers.

3. Patient recruitment, follow‑up, research data management and analysis.

4. Coordinate deployment of AI decision support system across JIPMER departments.

5. Perform lung nodule segmentation and characteristic identification in CT scans under radiologist guidance.

6. Interact with patients and caregivers throughout the project.

✅ Eligibility

• Essential: MBBS/BDS/BVSc/BAMS or equivalent.
• Age limit: 35 years as on last date of receipt of applications.
• Desirable: Prior research experience; working knowledge of biostatistics and AI‑based methods.
