The practice operates on a mixed NHS/private model, with most work under the Scottish fee-per-item NHS system, which compensates fairly for the actual treatment performed—unlike the UDA model in England. You’ll manage an established list of 2,200 patients, benefit from a fully digital workflow (Dentally, Vision AI, digital radiography, and intraoral scanner), and be supported in growing your private base and developing your specialist interests.
