Medical Data Entry (Patient Records)

Naresh World (Medical Data Services) is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual for a Medical Data Entry role, permanently based from home within India. This position is crucial for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Review and accurately enter patient record data into our systems. 
- Apply ICD/CPT coding standards where applicable, ensuring compliance. 
- Adhere to GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory documentation norms (FDA/EMA). 
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve data queries and discrepancies efficiently. 
Qualifications: - A degree in a relevant medical or life sciences field is essential: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BSc, MSc, BDS, BHMS, or MBBS. 
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, clinical, or medical data workflows. 
- Demonstrated proficiency in medical document review and data annotation. 
- Familiarity with clinical data management and patient reports. 
Salary: Negotiable based on qualification and experience.
