Dentist with Administrative Skills

Jyoti Hospital, a reputed multispecialty surgical center with over 30 years of legacy in Gurugram, is hiring a dynamic BDS-qualified dentist to manage both the clinical operations of its general dentistry department and the administrative aspects of the hospital. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for dental professionals looking to advance their career into healthcare leadership and hospital management.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the general dentistry department
Coordinating with dental and medical specialists for interdisciplinary care
Enforcing discipline and SOP adherence among hospital staff
Running administrative and HR checklists
Leading internal communication and ensuring execution of standard workflows
Designing presentations, notices, and social media creatives using Canva
Communicating with corporates and helping with liaison activities for business development
Key Requirements:
BDS degree with basic clinical proficiency
Excellent command over English and interpersonal communication
A perfectionist approach with leadership and discipline enforcement skills
Basic graphic designing skills using Canva
Comfortable with technology and digital workflows
Ability to independently oversee HR, SOPs, and administrative operations
Work Schedule:
Days: Monday to Saturday
Location: On-site at Jyoti Hospital, Gurugram
