✅ Ideal Candidate:

MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from a recognized institution

Minimum 3–5 years of clinical and surgical experience

Confident in procedures like impactions, trauma management, cyst removals, implants, and minor OT cases

Excellent communication and patient-handling skills

Willing to grow with the team and contribute beyond procedures
