General Dentist

We are seeking a General Dentist to take on a Clinical Lead role at our modern and thriving dental clinic in Malviya Nagar. The ideal candidate should have at least 3–4 years of clinical experience, demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, and be capable of managing the clinic independently.
You will collaborate closely with our in-house specialists (Orthodontist, Periodontist, Prosthodontist, and Oral Surgeon) and help lead a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Independently manage clinical operations and patient flow
Perform a wide range of general dental procedures
Lead treatment planning and consultations
Maintain high clinical standards and hygiene protocols
Coordinate with the team for patient-centric care
Actively contribute to clinic growth and patient retention
Requirements:
BDS degree (MDS preferred but not mandatory)
Minimum 3–4 years of experience
Excellent diagnostic, communication, and leadership skills
