Associate Dentist (Independent Clinic Handling)

An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Associate Dentist in Borivali East, Mumbai. The clinic is looking for a dedicated and confident dental professional with 3–5 years of clinical experience who is capable of managing and operating the clinic independently. This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys autonomy in decision-making while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage day-to-day operations of the clinic
Perform routine and advanced dental procedures including RCTs, extractions, crowns, and general dental care
Maintain patient records and uphold sterilization and clinical hygiene protocols
Build rapport with patients and ensure high satisfaction and retention
Eligibility Criteria:
BDS or MDS degree from a recognized institute
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in private practice
Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to handle the clinic independently
