2. Eligibility Criteria (Hospital Administration)
Criterion Requirement
Essential Qualification MBBS/BDS degree from an MCI-recognized institution.
Mandatory Registration Must hold valid MCI/State Medical Registration at the time of joining.
Essential Experience Certificate of active participation and contribution in achieving NABH Accreditation (5th Edition) in a hospital.
Hospital Criteria The NABH experience must be from a hospital with 300+ beds (Govt. or Private).
Desirable Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) – 2-year full-time course.
Age Limit
Upper Age Limit: 37 years
Relaxations:
5 years for SC/ST
3 years for OBC
10–15 years for PwD/OPH candidates

6. Key Terms & Conditions
Tenure: 6 months from the date of joining.
Ad-hoc Nature: No claim for permanent or regular employment.
Residency Limit: Candidates who have completed three JR terms (6 months each) at AIIMS or elsewhere are not eligible.
No TA/DA: Candidates must bear their own travel and stay expenses.
Full-time Role: Private practice is strictly prohibited during tenure.
