🔧 Key Responsibilities:
🏥 Insurance Verification & Coordination
Complete 14–20+ verifications/day (60+/week)
Fill and upload detailed insurance breakdown forms
Update dental software with coverage tables, percentages, deductibles, exceptions
Check eligibility 2 days before appointments
Maintain insurance fee schedules and addresses
Confirm in-network/out-of-network statuses
💬 Patient Communication & Schedule Support
Use patient messaging tools to collect data
Link referrals to the correct providers
Ensure accurate appointment assignment
📑 Claims & Admin Support
Respond to patient queries regarding insurance
Assist admin/clinical teams with claim support
Step in flexibly across insurance operations
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
📆 Experience: 3+ years in dental billing or front-office roles (remote exp. preferred)
💼 Knowledge: Dental insurance processes, breakdowns, verification, and software usage
💻 Software: Familiar with dental practice management tools & insurance portals
