Site Coordinator 📍 Chandigarh

📍 Overview

The Site Coordinator will play a key role in managing and monitoring all project activities under the “Learning Initiative on Diets and Vitamin A and D Status and Intervention Programs” across multiple states. The incumbent will work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-PIs to train, supervise, and monitor study staff, ensuring timely and quality implementation. The role involves active coordination with institutional authorities, state government officials, funding agencies, and community stakeholders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing day-to-day project activities at both central and field levels
• Supervise project staff and field teams, build their capacity through training and guidance, and ensure effective performance
• Coordinate closely with technical partners, state governments, and other relevant stakeholders
• Support the development of research protocols, survey tools, and data collection instruments
• Monitor sentinel site surveys, household line listing, dietary assessments, and coordinate laboratory activities while ensuring adherence to quality control standards

🎓 Qualifications

• MBBS/BVSc/BDS with five years of post-qualification experience
• Strong research background in nutrition, public health, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability in project management, research coordination, and stakeholder engagement
