📍 Overview

The National Leprosy Eradication Programme (NLEP) under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) aims to achieve a Leprosy-Free India by 2027. The Consultant (Programme Monitoring) will provide technical and programmatic support to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation processes within NLEP.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of the Annual Plan for NLEP at the central level
  • Compile, analyse, and evaluate epidemiological data and related information from States/UTs
  • Identify patterns, trends, and gaps to contribute to the improvement of NLEP interventions
  • Scrutinize the Annual Plans (PIPs) received from States/UTs
  • Assist all policy level and VIP related matters
