📍 Overview

Lady Hardinge Medical College is seeking a Project Scientist for a temporary position under the project entitled "Selective Antibiotics when symptoms develop versus Universal antibiotic therapy for preterm Neonates At-risk of early-onset sepsis: a multicentric, randomized, controlled, non-inferiority trial (the SAUNA trial)" ICMR funded project.

The project aims to investigate the effectiveness of selective antibiotics versus universal antibiotic therapy for preterm neonates at risk of early-onset sepsis.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and a strong background in research.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily work of staff nurses posted in the project
  • Liaison with Pl and Co-Pl for smooth functioning of the project
  • Supervise the documentation and data entry of the relevant documents
  • Supervise the communication with the Pl and Co-Pl regarding quality assurance of the project
  • Ability to gain trust and confidence of stakeholders
