First-come, first-served: Our dental clinic in Kasheli, Thane seeks an associate dentist to run the practice independently. The schedule is split into a morning shift (10 AM‑2 PM) and an evening shift (5 PM‑9 PM), providing a balanced workday.

You will be responsible for the complete patient journey, from initial examination to treatment planning and execution, allowing you to sharpen clinical skills while supervising daily clinic operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow and ensure timely appointments.
• Conduct examinations, diagnoses, and appropriate dental procedures.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and update EMR entries.
• Coordinate with dental assistants and support staff for seamless care.
• Prepare daily schedules and manage inventory of consumables.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and DCI guidelines.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• BDS degree recognized by DCI
• Ability to manage clinic independently
• Available for 10am-2pm and 5pm-9pm shifts
• Good communication skills
